- Spill it! Tell us about yourself.
- I never planned to live on a farm, but here I am. The critters give me quite a bit to write about, usually non-fiction, but ramped up a bit. Humor, poetry and fiction are new genres I'm exploring. I also blog twice a week at burnetthomeplace.blogspot.com
Two years ago, I retired from grading 60 6th grade compositions a week, plus teaching and student conferences. Amazing how much time I have to write and do the other fun things retirees do. The newest endeavor is Book Reviewer for I Just Finished.com.
I am a member of Falls Co. Historic Commission , and have dabbled in living history since 1990.
In my "spare time" I read, garden, breed Frankenchickens, explore fabric arts, watch movies with friends, and listen to music. The stargazing out in the country is great - have telescope, will observe.
