- Spill it! Tell us about yourself.
- I am a Junior at Texas A&M University. I am currently majoring in Political Science. I am minoring in creative writing. This semester I am taking a play-writing class. The only plays I have read are shakespeare and Antigone, so it should be interesting. This past spring I took my first writing class: intro to creative writing and I loved it. I entered a non-fiction short story into the Gordone Awards for undergraduates at A&M. I was the second loser (third place), but I am actually really proud of the shabby piece of paper with my name on it. I'll be resubmitting this year to perhaps more than one genre and hopefully to other contests.

Biomedical Sciences is a tough major. I wish you well in it. I hope you'll find this network useful and enjoyable. I do have to take issue with one of your statements, however. I think you are too young to be compiling a bucket list, but getting published is a worthy goal.
