Hope you are having a good weekend.
Alas, I can't attend the November open readings, but I was inspired by the topic "Political animal" to begin writing some of my memoirs from my almost 20-year involvement in politics to post on my blog here. It is called "Confessions of a Political Maven." Hope you will stop by and read it when you get a chance. I may write more on it later.

Also let me know what you think of my new background for my profile.

Last week I received an email from Anne Steussy, editor of Sniplits, telling me my story, Kill Leader, was accepted for publication. I don't really know if publication is the correct word in this case, because Sniplits publishes audio short stories. Production is probably the better term. Weird things happen in the blogosphere.
